CV OCR API

I am looking to acquire a custom-made CV OCR API for my project. It needs to utilize text recognition as the OCR API and have specific features included. Furthermore, the storage format for the uploaded images will be in JPEG / PNG. If you have the necessary experience and skills to create an API with all these requirements, please let me know.
