Deep Learning Photo Restoration

I'm looking for an automated solution to restore and enhance old, low-quality images using deep learning. The project will utilize GFPGAN for face restoration and detail enhancement.

Key Requirements:
- Input: Low-quality, scratched, or old photographs (JPG/PNG)
- Process includes:
- Face detection and alignment
- Restoration of facial details using pretrained GAN models
- Background enhancement
- Merging face and background for final output
- Output: High-resolution, cleaned, and visually appealing restored images

Important Notes:
- Focus on restoring faces primarily
- Facial details should maintain the original look
