Computer Vision solution for perimeter security and home assistant integration

We would like to have a computer vision home security solution to achieve the following
1. Perimeter security - To draw and create zones and get alerts when human/s or vehicles are detected within marked zones
2. Assign zones where people can enter and not enter for e.g. maids can go to the kitchen and surrounding areas, drivers can go to the garage and surrounding areas, etc, but alert if they are entering zones other than what is assigned to them.
3. To identify people using facial recognition
4. Configure ANPR software to detect vehicles and open the gates for plate numbers that are on the approved list.
We would like to develop this solution using any of the following opensource softwares. You should know how to configure homeassistant, frigate NVR, doubletake deepstack, compreface, Grafana dashboard etc
