I'm developing a simple one-page API to extract customer orders from their messages. The messages are often unstructured and may contain inquiries about other things that we ignore. Additionally, customers frequently use shorthand and make spelling mistakes. I'm currently using ChatGPT to extract the orders accurately, but when I use OpenAI's pre-trained model, "text-davinci-003", it often makes mistakes. I'm wondering if there's a way to use pre-trained models without the need for additional fine-tuning, as fine tuned versions cost a lot more
