WhatsApp Event Ticketing Flow
Budget: ₹1,500 – ₹12,500 INR
I need a complete WhatsApp-based ticketing experience—think of the Delhi Metro flow, but for events. A guest should be able to message a WhatsApp number, create an event, upload a banner, set seat limits, open ticket sales, and immediately receive an image-rich confirmation that includes a unique QR code. Attendees who message the same number must be able to book their seats, pay (you can suggest the gateway), and receive their personal QR-coded ticket.
The entire conversation and logic should live in WhatsApp, orchestrated through N8N and IFTTT where it makes sense, with OpenAI handling any natural-language steps such as summarising event info or answering “what’s left?” style questions. I’m open to the precise stack you choose—as long as the flow is fast, reliable, and cost-effective—so feel free to recommend libraries, a database, or even a lightweight backend if required.
My single biggest priority is bullet-proof QR code handling: every event gets its own code, every ticket its own code, and the gatekeeper’s scanner must recognise them instantly and mark attendance in real time. If you already have a proven scanner module, great; otherwise let me know how you plan to build or integrate one.
Deliverables I expect

• Admin dashboard or simple backend to view events, sales, and live attendance
• Source code, setup notes, and an N8N / IFTTT blueprint so I can redeploy later
