I search for a freelancer who can create an application in which I can upload a PDF file and the application understands the content fo the application. After the upload it should show an chatinterface in which I can ask questions about the pdf file and the application gives me the corrects answers.
It is a combination of chatgpt/open ai and natural language processing models.
In the first step I would like to only build a prototype. After that I want to make add more features step by step.
I search someone who has knowledge with openAi, chatgpt and Language Models.
