OpenClaw configuration for added communication skills. Ubuntu/rtx5090/Qwen3

Ubuntu running rtx5090 with openclaw installed.

Contractor needs to connect persistent communications/skills. Contractor must have experience using openclaw and attaching skills. please no beginners.

Added communication features need to pass real world use tests and survive a system reboot.

System needs minimal security and safeguards asd its on an isolated network. This is not a commercial use case. Its a personal AI assistant.

Work to be performed via anydesk connection. This will need to be scheduled. The follwing comms will be added by contractor.

1. Email. Webmail credentials will be provided. RX, TX and digestion.
2. Wordpress. Agent will have the ability ton control and manipulate its own wordpress environment. Wordpress admin credentials will be provided.
3. Voice communication via connected PTT microphone. We need the ability to communicate with the agent using voice.
4. Telegram. We need the ability to communicate with the agent via telegram. Bot API will be provided.


Additional comms will be added in another project/contract.
