OpenAI GPT-3 Fine-Tuning Job

IF YOU HAVE NEVER DONE FINE-TUNING ML MODELS, PLEASE DON'T APPLY FOR THIS PROJECT. Thank you. :)
Here is our goal: Get GPT-3 to answer questions from our own internal company data.
So the way I see it so far is the following:
1. We have a knowledge base of around 120 PDFs, just text (internal company documentation: articles, how-to guides, history of the company, etc.), around 300 pages each.
2. We should prepare them for fine-tuning format
3. Use the model to answer questions from the documentation
The same way ChatGPT answers questions from knowledge it already has, we want this new fine-tuned version of GPT-3 to answer questions from THE INTERNAL COMPANY DATA.
Naturally, ChatGPT doesn't have this information.
If you're interested in this project and have experience with this SPECIFIC USE CASE, please let me know.
