Mac AI Assistant Integration

Hi,

I am looking for an experienced developer to help me set up an AI personal and business assistant agent running on a Mac Mini using OpenClaw.

This assistant will be used for both business and personal productivity tasks. The goal is to build a stable foundation first (v1), then expand functionality over time.

The Mac Mini will run 24/7 in my office and will be connected to a UPS for power protection.

Core Requirements (Phase 1 / MVP)

I need the developer to help build a working v1 system that can:

1. Run an OpenClaw agent locally on Mac Mini
• Installed and configured correctly
• Runs reliably 24/7
• Easy to restart and monitor
• Ideally Docker-based setup

2. Google Drive integration
• Access only specific folders (not full Drive)
• Retrieve documents on request
• Summarise documents and extract key data (mortgage statements, PDFs, business docs)

3. Gmail integration
• Read emails
• Categorise / summarise
• Draft replies (but NOT send automatically at first)
• Identify urgent emails and complaints

4. Google Calendar integration
• Read shared calendar
• Create draft events and reminders
• Produce daily schedule summaries

5. Logging
• Must keep an activity log of all actions Ellie performs
• Logs should include timestamps and actions taken
• Ideally stored locally and backed up

6. Daily & Weekly Reports
• Daily morning briefing summary (emails, calendar, key tasks)
• Weekly accountability report

Open to suggestions, but ideally:
• Mac Mini running macOS
• Docker / Docker Compose preferred
• Python/Node based automation stack
• OpenAI / Anthropic API integration (cloud models)
• Local memory system / vector database if needed
• Secure credential storage

Security Requirements

This is important because the assistant will access sensitive data.
• Must use scoped permissions (Drive folder access only)
• No hardcoded API keys
• No unnecessary admin access
• Strong logging and audit trail
• No automated sending at first (draft mode only)

Deliverables

The developer should provide:
1. Fully working Ellie v1 agent running on Mac Mini
2. Setup documentation (so I can maintain it)
3. Clear instructions on how to add new integrations
4. Docker Compose files or equivalent deployment scripts
5. Logging and monitoring setup
