- Participate in code reviews, write clean and maintainable code, and follow engineering best practices.
- Document your work clearly and communicate technical decisions with the team.
What We’re Looking For
- 1-4 years of experience in software engineering (internships and projects count).
- Solid understanding of SDLC, version control, testing, and deployment workflows.
- Familiarity with OpenAI/GenAI concepts (e.g., OpenAI APIs, ChatGPT, Claude).
- Experience with at least one modern programming language (Python, Go, JavaScript/TypeScript, Java, etc.).
- Ability to write clear technical documentation and communicate effectively with both technical and non‑technical teammates.
