Prompt Engineer / Conversational Designer for Instagram DM Bots (ManyChat + GPT)
About the role:
We’re building a network of smart, personality-driven AI bots to run inside influencers’ Instagram DMs — and we need a prompt engineer/conversational designer who knows how to make them feel human, funny, and effective.
These bots aren't for support. They qualify leads, handle objections, and drive conversions — all while mimicking the influencer’s tone, humor, and style.
You won’t need to code. Your job is to design the conversation — tone, flow, prompts — and work with our team to bring it to life inside ManyChat + GPT.
What the bots need to do:
Use humor and match the influencer’s tone/personality
Acknowledge responses naturally and conversationally
Add relatable anecdotes (as if they’re the creator)
Break replies into double messages (short, timed bubbles)
Wait for the user to finish typing (smart delay logic)
Reply to multiple short messages as one grouped reply
You should be able to:
Write strong GPT prompts that guide tone, pacing, and behavior
Understand what converts in DMs (vs. what sounds robotic)
Adapt tone across multiple influencer brands
Collaborate on flow structure inside ManyChat
Bring energy, empathy, and wit into your conversation design
