Project Title: Development of an AI-Powered Document Search and Summarization System
Description:
We are seeking an experienced developer or team to build an advanced document search and summarization system that integrates with OpenAI APIs. The system will work with a large-scale database of approximately 10 million documents (PDF format with selectable text), where each document averages 3 pages.
Key Features and Requirements:
1. Efficient Search Using Vectorization and Embeddings:
o To minimize API costs (OpenAI token usage) and enable fast searches, all documents must be vectorized and searchable using vector-based search techniques.
o Technologies like FAISS (Facebook AI Similarity Search) or equivalent tools should be utilized.
2. Indexing and Summarization:
o During the system initialization, if necessary, all documents will be indexed and summarized into a CSV or database-friendly structure for quick access.
o AI will handle the document indexing process.
3. Advanced Search Functionality:
o The system will allow users to input a custom scenario or query. Based on this input:
The system will identify and return the most relevant document(s) from the database.
It will provide recommendations and insights related to the user’s query, leveraging OpenAI’s API and the system's internal knowledge base.
4. File Upload and Custom Summarization:
o Users will also be able to upload their own documents.
o The system will generate two distinct types of summaries for these documents:
A concise overview.
A detailed summary with comments and suggestions.
o AI-generated insights and recommendations will also be provided for the uploaded files.
5. System Prompts and Training:
o The system’s prompts and AI fine-tuning process will be handled internally by us. Your responsibility will be to develop the technical infrastructure and implement the features outlined above.
