Build Trainable AI Complaint Responder (Outlook + OpenAI + Feedback System)
Budget: €250 – €750 EUR
I'm looking for a smart, hands-on developer to build an AI-driven system that helps me automatically handle customer complaints received via Outlook.
This is not a one-time script — I want a solution I can grow and train over time. We’ll work together: I provide the content, tone, and logic; you build and optimize the setup.
What you need to build:
1. Outlook Integration
Connect my Outlook inbox (or a specific folder) to your system.
Automatically detect and pull in new complaint emails.
2. OpenAI Integration
Use the OpenAI API (ChatGPT) to generate draft replies based on the email content.
I’ll provide the tone, sample prompts, and business logic.
The system must be able to adjust per situation (tone, urgency, issue type).
3. Training/Feedback Loop
I want to train and improve the system over time. You’ll build a simple interface or backend that lets me:
Add/edit example answers per complaint type.
Feed in corrections or preferred phrases.
Improve the system over time using Retrieval Augmented Generation (RAG), prompt chaining, or similar methods.
This can be done using Airtable, Notion, Google Sheets, or a minimal custom interface.
4. Output & Control
Replies should either:
Be saved as draft replies in Outlook, or
Be sent automatically after I approve them.
Include basic error handling and logging (nothing fancy, just enough for me to monitor).

Who I’m looking for:
You must have hands-on experience with:
OpenAI API (ChatGPT, GPT-4 or GPT-4o)
Outlook API / Microsoft Power Automate / Make.com / Zapier
Building workflows that include dynamic input/output
(Optional but great): Retrieval-based AI (RAG), embeddings, Pinecone, Weaviate, or similar tools

How you’d approach this technically (Power Automate? Python? Zapier? Something else?)
If you’ve built similar systems (e.g. AI assistants, chatbots, helpdesk automation)
