I am looking for an experienced freelancer to build a custom AI chatbot that answers questions related to laws, policies, and regulations for specific countries (Arab countries). The chatbot must:
1) Support the Arabic language and provide accurate, context-aware responses.
2) Be trained on custom legal documents (PDFs, Word files, images, or web pages) that I will provide.
3) Provide responses with references to specific legal articles or clauses.
4) Be integrated into my website or WhatsApp for easy access.
To reduce cost and time, the freelancer must:
- Use ready-made models (e.g., OpenAI GPT, Claude, or open-source models like LLaMA 2) and avoid building models from scratch.
- Use no-code or low-code platforms (e.g., CustomGPT, Botpress, or Rasa) for faster development.
Mandatory Requirements:
