AI Automation Expert Needed – Email & WhatsApp Integration (Phase 1 of Full AI System)

We are a UAE-based construction company looking to start a gradual AI automation transformation.

We are searching for an experienced AI automation specialist who can design and implement a scalable AI system for our company.

This project will begin with Phase 1:

• Email automation (Microsoft 365)
• WhatsApp Business automation
• Message classification (important / non-important)
• Automatic tagging & routing
• Daily executive summary
• AI-based priority detection

The long-term goal is to build a complete AI automation layer across our ERP, Asana, documents, and internal workflows.

We are looking for someone who:

• Has real experience with OpenAI API / LLM integration
• Has built AI workflow automation systems before
• Understands WhatsApp Business API
• Can design proper system architecture (scalable)
• Can think long-term (not just quick coding)
