Overview
We are seeking an AI Automation Engineer to build an AI-driven system for voice calls,
WhatsApp, chat, and email, leveraging Retell AI, vAPI, ElevenLabs, 3CX, Make.com (or n8n), and DigitalOcean
Our goal is a **frictionless online sales process**—from lead capture to checkout—and enhanced customer support.
Responsibilities
1. AI Voice Agent Development
- Implement Retell AI, vAPI, and ElevenLabs for inbound/outbound AI calls.
- Integrate ASR/TTS with 3CX to handle sales and support queries.
2. Chat & Messaging Bots
- Build NLP-driven bots for WhatsApp, website chat, and email.
- Ensure context-aware conversation flows and hand-offs to human agents when needed.
3. Sales AI agent Development/ Automation
- Design a seamless online checkout flow with payment gateway integration.
- Automate lead nurturing and post-purchase follow-ups.
4. Workflow & API Integration
- Use Make.com (or n8n) to connect AI agents, CRM, and other tools.
- Deploy on DigitalOcean for scalability and manage all relevant APIs.
5. Monitoring & Optimization
- Track KPIs (conversion rates, call success, CSAT, etc.).
- Refine conversation scripts, funnels, and workflows based on data-driven insights.
6. Documentation & Training
- Provide clear technical docs for all integrations and workflows.
- Train internal teams for ongoing system management and updates.
Requirements
- AI & NLP Expertise Experience with Dialogflow, Rasa, GPT-based APIs, etc.
- Voice Tech Skills: Proficient with Retell AI, vAPI, ElevenLabs, and 3CX.
- Workflow Automation: Hands-on with Make.com or n8n.
- Programming & APIs: Strong Python or similar, plus REST/GraphQL integration.
- E-commerce Savvy: Familiar with payment gateways and frictionless checkout flows.
- Cloud Deployment: Comfortable deploying on DigitalOcean.
- Project Management & Communication:** Ability to collaborate, meet milestones, and clearly document processes.

- Advanced analytics, A/B testing, or marketing automation experience.
