UniCenta POS Expert Needed

Seeking uniCenta POS Expert for Configuration, Reporting, and Staff Training

Description:
We are looking for a skilled and reliable uniCenta POS expert to support us in the configuration and optimization of our POS system, which is currently installed and running on-site in West Africa (Côte d’Ivoire).
Your mission will include:
• Reviewing and finalizing the configuration of our current uniCenta setup
• Assisting with the creation and customization of sales and inventory reports
• Providing remote training sessions for our local staff (French-speaking team)
• Advising on best practices for inventory and user management

Ideal Candidate:
• Proven experience with uniCenta or similar open-source POS systems
• Comfortable working remotely with teams in different time zones
• Able to explain clearly and train non-technical users
• Bonus: French-speaking or experience working with French-speaking teams
This is a short-term freelance opportunity with potential for ongoing support.
