OJS Expert for University Journal

I manage a university-run academic journal and we have chosen Open Journal Systems as our publishing platform. I need an OJS specialist who can step in quickly, assess the current install (or create a fresh one if that proves faster), and shape it into a production-ready site.

The immediate goal is to end up with a clean, fully functional journal space that our editorial team can use without technical hurdles—from submission through publication. Once you review what we have, we can decide together whether the priority should be installing themes, configuring workflows, adjusting metadata settings, enabling DOI support, or adding any must-have plugins.
