OpenClaw RBAC & Notifications Setup
Budget: ₹1,500 – ₹12,500 INR
I’m consolidating a group of Web, mobile, and desktop apps that all authenticate through the OpenClaw stack, and I need one coherent Role-Based Access Control configuration to govern them. The goal is to define every permission once, apply it consistently across each application, and have automatic notifications fire whenever roles or privileges change.
Here’s what I want to come out of this engagement:
• A clean, documented RBAC schema in OpenClaw that maps roles to fine-grained permissions and can be consumed by every client app.
• Integration code (middleware or service hooks) that makes each application respect the new role definitions.
• A notification workflow—email and push first, with SMS kept in mind—that broadcasts events such as role assignment, revocation, or access violations.
• Step-by-step instructions so my in-house team can add new roles later without breaking anything.
I’ve chosen Role-Based Access as the control model; user-level and admin-only approaches won’t meet our needs. If you’ve already implemented something similar, let me know what tooling you prefer (OpenClaw policies, OAuth scopes, message queues, etc.) so we can hit the ground running.
