opencart website

I am looking for an experienced web developer to edit my website using OpenCart. i need to add visa payment method ,livechat ,edit my theam ,add 2 big picture to home page .The project must be completed within the allotted timeframe and budget. The successful candidate should have knowledge of code, design, and contemporary web technologies. Experience with OpenCart is a plus.
