opencart move extentions from 3 to 4

I need a freelancer to help me move existing extensions from an OpenCart 3 installation to OpenCart 4. The extensions are not compatible with the new version, but can be modified. We do not need any additional features for the new version, as it is the same as the old version. We will also need to adjust the existing database in some way.
