Where Are OpenCart Odesk Theme Files Located?【10 USD】

We purchased an OpenCart Theme which is based on the Odesk Theme Options extension module.
You are not requested to edit anything, only tell us which files to edit, in order to change our shop's frontpage's header (including popup menu) and footer.
You must be very experienced with OpenCart and PHP.
You have to work remotely on my computer via Team Viewer.
Except Team Viewer's password, no other password (hosting, ftp, database, admin etc) will be provided to you.
When there is a need to type in any password, I will type in myself.
