Upgrade opencart 2 to 3

I have a website built in opencart 2.x and it's running and full of products and customers and orders that and it has some custom special modification to fit our needs and we need to upgrade to opencart 3
Upgrade and move all current products, customers, orders and the custom modifications
With support at least 1-3 months after upgraded to be sure that everything moved correctly
