Set Purchased Theme for OpenCart Shop [10 USD]

We purchased a theme which is based on Odesk.
We have installed the latest OpenCart and the theme successfully.
Under Extensions -> Modules, we can find Odesk theme options, but it is disabled and we don't know how to enable it.
Under System -> Settings, we can only see the default OpenCart theme, no other themes available.
Can you set our purchased theme for our shop ?
