Reduce my lcp time under 2.5 seconds on opencart journal 3.0 website

I need someone to help reduce our lcp time on our opencart website, which uses journal 3.0. We also use nitropack io however it seems we are having issues with getting the lcp consistently under 3 seconds. We have optimzed images, tried different images etc and nothing seems to reduce the lcp significnatly.
