Redirect all URL from HTTP to HTTPS

I have 3 domains operating on 1 opencart multi store.
There is an issue with the cart emptying by itself.
eg. www.glassjarstore.com.au. issue with Chrome browser.
I need this fixed.
I think it might be fixed by having all URL redirected from HTTP to HTTPS.
But if you think an alternative fix is required then im open to your suggestion.
