Problems Displaying Website With Images and HTTPS://

I Have Open Cart..

I have upgraded to a faster plan with my hosting provider and for some reason any explorer that I go into, the https:// will Not display, and the pictures on my website are not able to be viewed even after I reload them.

Please let me know the cost and the time it will take to fix this issue?
