Optimize an opencart mysql server configuration

Hello,
It is about an opencart eshop with about 12000 products. I use a 4CPU-8GB RAM VPS but the mysql reach all the time 100% so the product list view is to slow.
The server response is great with SSD NVMe disk, so I need some help to opencart performance.
