Opencart 2.3 slow load page

I would like someone experienced to fix my opencart 2.3 slow load page. the system is using Journal 3.0 and I have around 10-20 K products
My server is using Linode with 6 CPU Cores, 320 GB Storage and 16 GB RAM, which should be sufficient.
The problem that I encounter is that sometimes when I open several product page at the same time, it can get very slow to 1 to 5 minutes before it can get opened (which seems like a query problem)
I hope for experienced freelancer in Opencart to apply this since I only want to spend a few hours to fix this.
