Opencart extension : table-like option

I would like to create a new option type which combines many values in a kind of table.
See attached screenshot for more details.
As store admin, I want to be able to define such an option for an article, and set as many columns as I want.
And I want the customer to be able to add as many lines as he wants in his order.
