Opencart developer + Openbay experience

I am looking for opencart developer. my website is in 1.5.x and need to be upgrade to 3.x using journal 3 theme. data migration is needed (customer/sales/products/category/information/shipping/payment gateway/and etc.). also need to work with openbay to sync with Amazon and eBay. which means needs openbay extension to manage products/sales/customers on the opencart website but sync to Amazon and eBay and Etsy. Experienced opencart developer who has knowledge with openbay is required. Please send quote only if you are experienced opencart developer and you know how openbay works.
