Opencart 3 custom module development

We need an experienced developer to unlock the integer unit "restriction" in opencart for a fabric store. With other words we need decimal units to be enabled for products in our 3.x store with Journal 3 theme installed. The task can be fulfilled with modifying/fixing an existing module we bought on opencart marketplace, or with starting from scratch.
