Opencart Star reviews with schema

I am looking for a freelancer to help me implement star reviews with schema on my Opencart website.
-1 version is needed for oc. 2.1.0.2 - default template with small modifications
-1 version is needed for OC 3.0.3.6 running Journal 3.2 Beta
Details:
-Instead of the standard opencart review system, we want to have a star rating that can simply be clicked, instead of users having to leave a text review as in the default opencart. Looking for functionality similar to this plugin which is for WordPress https://wordpress.org/plugins/kk-star-ratings/
-The star reviews must be integrated with "review" and "aggregate review" schema values, so the reviews made can be indexed and shown by Google
- The reviews must be stored. Most often, this is done through a database
-Every person should be able to click only once, this can be done through a cookie.
- The database queries must be optimized so they don't have high CPU usage (indexed database, optimized queries)
-There must be a way to bulk "import" existing review data so they can be populated as review data in the star plugin (possibly imported through phpmyadmin)
