Opencart Expert Only for site Journal Theme Customization

Hi,
for a customer i need to create a new site. Now it's on opencart 1.5 and I've already installed oc 4 and journal theme...due to the lack of time i need some help in customization to get the best graphic results and functionality (nothing difficult), based on the old site but with the modern touch.

My develoeper friend will take care of data import from old site, i will install the new oc and journal theme
you must:
recreate a similar graphic but much better and modern taking inspiration from old site and
set all the other stuff like payments, delivery etc...
The main menu must take automatically the oc categories...
