OpenCart e-commerce site improvements

Our e-commerce website www.schoolchamp.net has following issues, which needs to be resolved and also some additional features need to be developed either through plug-in or coding.
1) Enhance speed through page code optimisation or installing a plug-in. Our site has TTFB issue due to which page loading takes longer time than normal.
2) Non-indexing page and page not found 404 issue needs to be resolved.
3) Activate filter options which are available in opencart admin panel.
4) Address SEO related issues as explained in attached task sheet.
5) Price change option through plug-in or coding.
