Need help with my opencart website

My current opencart website is having a few issues we need fixed. Here is the list:
1. we need a new method of upload pdf faster.
2) on some products when I try to edit the product all the information about the product is blank, such as: title, description, sku and everything else.
3) when trying to upload a new image on the image manager or create a new file it takes a couple of hours for the photo to actually upload or wont even upload/create the file at all.
4) Our search bar does not work at all.
