Header navigation menu not scrollable

Hi,
We have a problem on opencart theme, the header navigation menu which is part of the sticky header and which expands vertically, is not scroll able and we have a lot of categories which now cannot be seen.
When scroll is implemented, the categories should still be able to expand the subcategories horizontally.
Please bid it only if you are expert and can do it.
