Customize OpenCart Product Special

When setting up Special, I need to specify the start date and time and the end date and time. With the OpenCart default Special, I can only select the start date and end date, without being able to set the time (hour, minute and second). I can't provide ftp access, so the finished work shall be emailed to me with necessary path information.
