Create a website design in Opencart using Journal 3 -- 2

I am looking for a freelancer to design in the spirit of a specific website using Opencart and the Journal theme. The ideal candidate will have experience with Opencart and be familiar with the Journal theme.
A vast majority of the layout had been begun, and needs some attention to complete.
Requirements:
- Design in the spirit of a specific website, including both layout and functionality where capable within Journal 3 limits.
- Use Opencart and the Journal theme capabilities to design as closely as possible.
- Incorporate the preferred color scheme and branding elements, which will be provided by the client
Skills and experience:
- Experience with Opencart and the Journal theme
- Strong understanding of website layout and functionality
