Create new online store from existing OpenCart store

Looking for someone to quote a new online store.
Currently have an open cart store that is past it's time and would like to update to shopify or another easier to use solution.
Will need to work with square as I use this for in store pos.
Will also need to transfer existing data from OpenCart site (products, clients etc).
