Ads Block and Best Selling products block to Opencart website pages.

I have a highly customized Opencart website in development. I want to add the following functions to it.
ADS BLOCK.
Ads block in Homepage, Best Seller in Category products page, Checkout confirmation page, Log out page.
Show some random products or selected products from an ADS PRODUCTS category. These products can be refreshed at certain intervals or in a fixed time or can be permanent.

BEST SELLING IN CATEGORY PRODUCTS BLOCK
The Best Selling 4 products in Category wise products block can be shown in product details page. This block of products layout can be similar to Compare this product layout.

The new work MUST be in xml format so that I can install and remove it as required.
There may not be pages or database table required for this and in such circumstances, you are required to do that too.
Only FTP and Site admin available. No access to Control Panel.
