AI content creator application, GPT 3 and Dall E

I am looking for an experienced team to help create an AI content creator application. I need the AI to run on the web and mobile. The app would be able to
1. Create a content calendar for various social media platforms - Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, Linkedin & Tiktok - based on certain inputs and prompts
2. Create social media content on request and based on created calendar using a trained GPT language model.
3. Generate social media and ad banners from pre-created templates
4. Setup pay per click adverts and adverts recommendation (ad targetting recommendation etc)
Text generation to be powered by GPT, image generation to be powered by Dall E. The scope of the project includes frontend, backend as well as AI model integration and training.
