Okta Workflow Development for License Management monitoring

I'm looking for an experienced professional to develop an Okta workflow tailored for calculating and reclaiming licenses based on the comparison of active users versus total subscribed licenses. This workflow will specifically exclude certain user types and will utilize iteration only.
Key Requirements:
- Exclusion of specific user groups, service accounts, and admin accounts, as well as bot accounts from the process.
- Interaction with Google Workspace/Gsuite for license reclamation.
