potrait of my girlfriend and I

I am looking for a professional portrait artist with experience in creating realistic portraits. My girlfriend and I are hoping to have a picture of us together, captured forever in a timeless portrait. That being said, I want the portrait to be in colour, with vibrant colours and lifelike details reflecting the atmosphere of the photo. And, I have a specific photo in mind that I would like to use, one of our favourite memories of the first time we met and our first date. The painting is of us in my car but I want the background to be changed to make it look we are somewhere else, romantic.

I want the date 31st October 2021 put on the portrait, it's the date we first started talking to each other online. I want the portrait to stand out, to win her heart and show her how much she means to me. I want the painting to be mailed to the person directly.
