Wooden Footstool Artistic Restoration

I'm in need of a proficient artisan to rejuvenate the painted design on a wooden footstool, which is in good shape. Attempting to preserve the existing design, I seek out someone who can expertly duplicate and revive the same pattern and color palette. Attached picture is what it should look like. Much of that design is missing and faded with use on my footstool.
