Timing is critical: I must receive the finished, fully dried painting (safely packaged and shipped or delivered as agreed) before Christmas. To keep the schedule on track, I’ll share the reference photos immediately, expect a rough composition sketch within the first few days for approval, and a progress shot once paint is blocked in. Final varnish can be skipped if it risks delaying shipment; a retouch varnish after delivery is fine.
