Small boat renovation

9' sailing dinghy needs paint and general clean up. Only hull and interior work required. Looking for clean, but not perfection. No work required on sailing rig. Looking for bid for work to be completed within 3 hours drive of Philadelphia. Dyer still makes this boat. Attached parts list may help. Will deliver to work site.
