Realistic Map Painting

I need a talented artist to create 2 realistic paintings based on an existing map I have. The painting should capture the map's details accurately, and is required in a small size (12x16 inches). Pls remove some of the text in the top left but keep the title, scale and logo. I've attached a color version of the logo for reference.

I will need this to be shipped to new york.
