Oil Painting with Text Update

I have a reference photograph that I’d like turned into a small oil painting—either 6"x4" or 5"x5", whichever best preserves the original proportions. Everything in the image should remain exactly as-is except for one detail: where the signage currently reads “Check-In” (it sits near the top of the photo), I need that wording replaced with “Gates Clinic.” Please match the existing typeface so it looks as if the photo always said “Gates Clinic.”  

Once the text is adjusted, use that retouched version as the basis for the painting. I’d appreciate a quick digital mock-up first so we can confirm placement, size, and font consistency before you begin painting. When we’re both happy with the preview, you can proceed with the final oil piece and arrange secure shipping or a high-resolution scan if you work with a hybrid digital-to-canvas process.
