Coastal Sunset Oil Painting

I'm seeking an oil painter to create a coastal landscape at sunset. The painting should capture the beauty of a coastal scene during sunset, with vibrant colors and intricate details.

Requirements:
- 12" x 24"
- Depict a coastal landscape at sunset
- Along the coast I'd like there to be a little girl with brown hair pulling a red wagon that is carrying a small spotted octopus. The girl can be wearing any simple clothing and the octopus can be any color you please.
- I'm not entirely familiar with the cost of commissioning a piece like this so I'm open to any prices but I have to mention I am by no means wealthy. While I intend on this being a nice gift for a close friend I cannot offer more than the listed amount. If that seems totally unreasonable please let me know so I can try to figure something else out. Or, if you think the same design for the same price on a smaller canvas is more reasonable I am willing to hear out something like that.
- Preferably it would be completed and shipped/delivered by October 20th, 2025. However, like I said, I'm not super familiar with this process so if that is entirely unreasonable having it anytime before Christmas would work as well.


Ideal Skills:
- Expertise in oil painting
- Experience with landscape and sunset scenes
- Attention to detail and color
